Please Read This Document Carefully. It Contains Very Important Information Regarding Your Rights and Obligations, Including Limitations and Exclusions That Might Apply to You.
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products (“Product” or “Products”) through www.trendsson.com (the “Website”), our mobile applications (“Application”) or at our office from Trendsson, and also applies to your use of any of our services or features provided by or on our behalf (in conjunction with the App and Website). By placing an order for such Product (s) or by using our Services, you agree to be bound by and accept these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by TRENDSSON (company number 47973622S, registered office at Avenida Diagonal 91, 7-1, 08019 Barcelona, Spain) for buyers. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page, and you should review these Terms and Conditions before purchasing any Product or using our services. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the terms and conditions that generally apply to the use of our Services.
You should also carefully review our Privacy Policy before placing an order for Product (s) or using our Services.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION: The receipt of an order confirmation through the invoice issued does not constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time to refuse or limit your order for any reason, whether or not you have been charged. If your order has been canceled or limited, and payment has been made and is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to your original form of payment for the full charge and notify you that your order was canceled.
EXCLUSIVE ORDERS OR PRE-ORDERS: We have the opportunity to offer and pre-order exclusive designer orders, specific collections and special pieces that are specifically designed for the customer. These are all processed at a later date when the product is ready for shipment. Once a pre-order and / or exclusive or made-to-order product is closed and the designer accepts the pre-order, we will not be able to make any changes to the size, style, quantity or type of product ordered, unless the designer of the signature accept it. The order cannot be canceled or refunded unless accepted by the firm. If the shipment is delayed, or there are production changes, or cancellations transmitted to us by the designer, TRENDSSON will notify you immediately. Any other request for cancellation of pre-order, exclusive or on-demand orders can only be reimbursed as a credit (“voucher”) if the firm authorizes it, to later be used as a credit in said firm.
Please see the PAYMENT TERMS below for more information on how we process payments and order refunds. Once you receive your order, if you are not satisfied with it you can’t return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
- Items by request or in stock: T All products are purchased at the request of the customer, so the customer must make the payment before TRENDSSON makes the purchase of said requested item. Once the item has been purchased, the delivery time will be approximately 3-4 days. There is the possibility that the requested product is in stock in our offices or in the possession of another supplier, so that until payment is received, the product could not be processed for shipment. The delivery time will be between 2-3 days.
- Once an on-demand order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel the order or make changes if the payment has been processed. The order cannot be refunded, however, check the refund policy for exceptions. Any other request for cancellation or refund with the purchase already made in the boutique chosen by the client, can only be refunded as a credit to spend in said boutique where the item was purchased. If the purchased item is part of the stock and the payment has already been made, there will be no possibility of cancellation or refund.
- If the item received is not in the expected conditions, we will do our best to exchange the item for a new one, or if the item received is not the one requested, the item will be exchanged for the correct item requested.
- Payment terms: Payment terms are at our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will be as follows:
- The delivery or shipment of any item or service requested will not be made if it has not been previously paid.
- Payments made with debit / credit cards or other transactions in a currency other than Euro will be calculated using the currency conversion on www.xe.com on the day of the transaction. We are not responsible for covering or dividing the charges due for currency exchange that may originate. You have the obligation that we receive the exact amount described in the invoice issued. You agree that TRENDSSON is not responsible for credit shortages due to currency conversion fees.
- You must be responsible for the fees that originate the payment transaction.
- If you place a pre-order or styling service, you will be asked to pay the full purchase and / or service price, or a percentage of the total due as a down payment at the time of ordering and / or service. Once the initial payment is made, and the product or service is ready to be delivered or finalized, you will be charged the remaining total due, plus any shipping or transportation fees and taxes or duties owed.
If the remaining payment can’t be processed, your order or service will not be issued and the total paid will not be refundable. Pre-order items can take 4-6 months to be delivered from the date you order and the date the product is ready to ship. The estimated delivery will be noted on the day you place and confirm the pre-order or special order.
- Changes in products, services and prices: We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of Products and Services, and we may discontinue Products and Services at any time without notice. All pricing for the Products is subject to change. For all of our prices and Products and Services, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, Product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with Product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or prices are accurate. In the event that we discover an error in the pricing or description of a Product, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the Product. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged.
SHIPPING POLICY: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. We deliver our products and services worldwide. Check with your Trendsson assistant for shipping options at the end of your purchase or service. We make personal deliveries if the product or service requires it, so our team can personally travel to any part of the world.
– All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
– Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-3 business days.
– During periods of high volume of demands, it may be that certain products may have longer processing and delivery times than usual.
– You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
– Shipping addresses cannot be changed if you have already received the tracking information for your shipment, so the package will be received at the address provided. If you wish to change the shipping address, contact us at info@trendsson.com or write / call us at +34 678225019.
– Cash on delivery orders are not accepted.
– It is accepted that the client sends his own transport company to collect the requested item (s) or the client collects it personally at our offices.
– The delivery time may vary from one article to another.
– The delivery time depends on the arrival of the payment, the availability of the article, difficulties in obtaining the authorization of shipment, uncontrollable causes, etc.
– We do not send any item if the payment has not been made previously.
– Shipping costs, import taxes and / or duties paid are non-refundable.
– All orders are shipped with ‘No Signature Required’ and can be left in a residence deemed safe by the delivery company. TRENDSSON is not responsible for any loss, liability or damage that may result from leaving your package at the shipping address without a signature.
– Sales tax on orders sent to the European Union, the law requires that sales tax be charged for online purchases or services, VAT. The list of these countries may vary from time to time. This tax will be charged at the time you place your order or service requested.
– The prices of the products and services shown on the invoice may not be the final price in some cases, so we do not take charge of the arrival fees at the destination, or extra shipping charges.
– All shipments are made by DHL, without insurance, unless the customer requests it and is the one who must be responsible for the extra cost of this. If the purchased product requires insurance, the customer will be notified by TRENDSSON and the customer must take care of it. If the service is contracted without insurance and the package is lost, TRENDSSON is not responsible for the loss of it, so it is not possible to proceed to a refund of the amount of the item, service or other charges paid.
– All shipping prices are calculated based on the volume and weight of the shipping box, calculated by the rate provided by the transport agency. The price of these is already calculated and notified to the customer before the purchase of the product / s, so the price of this is included in the invoice issued by TRENDSSON.
– If the product is imported into the European Union, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. Orders will be sent from the country where the requested item / s is located, so the sending shipment will not always be from Spain or Europe. – Some of the products ordered may be subject to import duties, so we do not pay the fees once the imported package arrives. All other non-customs related local taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and TRENDSSON is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes, such as any use tax. All taxes and duties are calculated on the total value of the merchandise.
– For returns or exchanges, shipping and any reverse fees are the responsibility of the customer.
– If you want the product / s to be delivered personally or you hire a service for a Trendsson assistant to be with you anywhere in the world, you will be responsible for all transportation, dietary and accommodation costs that the product requires or service. In addition to a special rate.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY: TRENDSSON does not offer the possibility of refunding the amount of the item, the costs of service, shipping and taxes or import or export duties paid are not refundable in accordance with this Return Policy and the customer must be responsible from them. Subject to certain conditions or exceptions explained below in this return policy, and unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Shipping lost: If the package is lost Trendsson will not be responsible for the refund of the amount of the item, or the shipping costs. If you have not chosen the option of shipping with insurance, the full amount of the invoice cannot be refunded.
- Refund with “Credit or Voucher”: If you are not satisfied with the item / s received for any reason and are willing to keep the amount of the item paid in the form of “credit or voucher” to spend it for another item or in a future occasion will only be possible as long as the item has been purchased by our team in a boutique and this boutique facilitates the return in the form of a Voucher. If the boutique does not authorize us to return, we will not be able to make this type of refund / return, and we are not responsible. This may not be possible if the item / s have been provided through a supplier or member of our team in another country. This type of refund / return may also not be possible if it exceeds the expiration of the return date. Credit returns will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected. - Deposits: If you leave us a deposit so that we can make purchases for you and at any time you want us to reimburse this available deposit, it will be transferred in the most immediate term in the same way in which you made the deposit. Pre-order deposits or payments and signals are not reimbursed in case the firm where the product was purchased authorizes it. Service and shipping costs will not be eligible for return or refund in both cases.
- Faulty products: Products that are received damaged or are damaged by a manufacturing fault must be reported upon receipt of the package within the first 10 days. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered defective. Trendsson and the firm where the item was purchased will determine, in their sole discretion and discretion, whether the damage is due to normal wear and tear or some other reason. Damaged or defective Products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. We will not be responsible for the return and shipping process of the new repaired item. - Markdowns or Outlet items: We will not accept any return or refund on promotional items or items purchased on sale.
- Late returns: Any Product returned outside the return period may not be accepted.
- Color products: We do our best to ensure that colors are displayed as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your phone or computer monitor will accurately display true color. If you have any questions about the color of an item, please contact us at info@trendsson.com before placing your order.
- Final sale: There will be items that cannot be refunded for any of the above reasons, since the provision of where the item is located will not provide us with this option to be returned in the form of credit or voucher, exchanged or refunded, except in certain circumstances in jurisdictions where we may be required to accept returns, exchanges or refunds by law. All products must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, hangers, garment bags and other exclusive packaging materials and designer hang tags. Other designer packaging, such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags, should be included when provided.
- Shootings: Damaged products will not be refunded or without the possibility of refund by the supplier. Transportation, shipping costs, customs costs, taxes or duties will not be reifundable. Services offered will not be refund. Deposits will be returned within 15 days in the same way that the payment was made.
- Pre-order: Once a pre-order and / or exclusive or on-demand product is closed and the designer accepts the pre-order, we will not be able to make any changes to the size, style, quantity or type of product ordered, unless the designer of the firm accepts it. The order cannot be canceled or refunded unless accepted by the firm. - Order cancellations: In case of cancellation by Trendsson, the refund will be processed within a period of 24h-48h, in case of cancellation by the client since the purchase of the item (s) has not been made, the refunds they will not be processed for 3-5 days.

SPECIAL PRODUCTS OR ORDERS: From time to time, we may offer for sale certain “SPECIAL Products”, which are Products or experiences at a limited-time pre-sale event that allows you to place orders or inquiries from specific designers or vendors specially selected by us, with quantity limitations, and designed for an exceptional experience, and that the applicable provider (“EP Provider”) will supply, deliver, provide, fulfill and / or execute (“EP Fulfillment”) at one or more subsequent times. Exceptional Products are also subject to, and by placing an order for an Exceptional Product, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions:
– Special products are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
– Speical products can be purchased in two ways: directly from us or directly from the EP Supplier.
- If you buy an Special Product directly from us:
- All special product sales are final and non-refundable (subject to applicable law and availability of EP Suppliers), and resales are prohibited, but you can gift your purchase of an exceptional product to someone else, provided that we please provide a notice of your contact information, with your permission, prior to finalizing your order. Any sales taxes, duties, import taxes or similar charges will be determined based on the recipient’s address and will be collected at the time of payment of the balance.
- If the purchase price of an special product is not charged in full at the time of your order, to finalize your purchase (and without prejudice to the contrary on any order confirmation / payment or communication page), you must pay any balance (including any applicable duties, taxes, VAT or similar charges) in full within 72 hours, unless a longer period of time is indicated on the exceptional product detail page. We will contact you immediately at the email address or phone number provided. If you do not pay the balance in full within the applicable time period, we reserve the right to cancel your order, return any deposit, and offer the exceptional product for sale publicly.
- In accordance with your purchase of an special product, we will provide the relevant EP Provider with your name (or that of the designated recipient) and contact information so that the EP Provider can perform EP Fulfillment. You give us permission to share such information (or your designated gift recipient’s contact information, and confirm that you have their permission for us to share such information) with the EP Provider for the purposes of EP Compliance, and to cooperate and assist in EP compliance as we deem necessary or appropriate.
- Between you and us, the EP supplier is solely responsible for EP’s compliance, and we are only responsible for collecting payment from you for the exceptional product and for using our commercially reasonable efforts to confirm your order with the EP supplier. If the EP provider does not confirm your order for any reason, we will refund the full amount.
- If you buy an special product from the EP supplier:
- Upon your inquiry and confirmation of your intention to purchase the exceptional product, we will provide the relevant EP supplier with your name (or that of your designated recipient) and contact information so that the EP supplier can finalize the order as deemed necessary or appropriate. Collect payment and perform EP compliance. You give us permission to share such information (or your designated gift recipient’s contact information, and confirm that you have their permission for us to share such information) with the EP provider for the purpose of negotiating and finalizing your order. For clarity, such orders are not final or confirmed until accepted as such by the EP provider in accordance with their applicable processes, terms, and conditions. Between you and us, the EP Supplier is solely responsible for EP’s compliance and collection of payment for the Exceptional Product and any applicable sales taxes, VAT, duties, import taxes, or other government charges and fees, but we can cooperate. and assist you and / or the EP Provider in complying with EPs that we deem necessary or appropriate.
– EP compliance will take place at the time and in the manner specified on the special product detail page and at the reasonable discretion of the EP supplier, and as agreed by you or us with the EP supplier. If EP compliance is delayed or canceled in connection with events beyond the reasonable control of the EP provider, the EP provider may, at its discretion, issue a refund or reasonably reschedule, defer or modify EP compliance.
-The price of an special product covers only the cost of the special product. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the exceptional product detail page, the price does not include sales taxes, VAT, import taxes, duties, or any travel, accommodation, meals, services, documentation, insurance, registrations, modifications, customization or government fees or charges. If the EP Supplier offers or permits you to make customizations or modifications to or in connection with the exceptional product or EP compliance, any applicable costs or expenses (and any related taxes or charges) are your sole responsibility, and you agree pay such totals at the request of us or the EP provider. We do not provide any warranties regarding exceptional product or EP compliance.
-You agree that we are not responsible and expressly agree to waive and release all claims, now known or known in the future, against us and our affiliates and our and their employees, owners, shareholders, directors, officers, agents and representatives and against any claim, charge, liability, loss, injury, damage and cost, in each case, in connection with your purchase of an exceptional product and EP compliance.
-You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in relation to the special product and your participation in EP compliance. We do not guarantee that special product descriptions are complete or accurate, and may be subject to reasonable changes at the EP supplier’s discretion. Compliance with EP may be subject to additional terms and conditions by the EP provider, and you are responsible for reviewing, agreeing, and complying with those terms.
GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are available for purchase. It’s validity to 1 year from the day of purchase. If you want to extend and the card expires, you must be informed us 1 month before to end of this. For help to spend it or extend the expiration, contact our team at info@trendsson.com
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT: All copyrights, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property visible through our services, including the TRENDSSON software and all HTML code and other codes contained in our website and application, are the exclusive property TRENDSSON or its proprietary owners. You are permitted to use the content of the Services only as expressly authorized by TRENDSSON and / or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the aforementioned Content without permission is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties, where “Content” is defined as data files, graphics, text, photographs, drawings, logos, images, sounds, music, video or audio files on the website. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works, transfer or sell any content, software, products or services included in the services. You may not use the services, or any of their content, to promote any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generating activity on your own site (s).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event will we or our suppliers have obligations or liabilities to you or any other person for loss of profit, loss of business or use, or for incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, whether by contract, tort ( including negligence), product liability, or any other theory or form of action, even if we have been informed of the possibility of this arising out of or in connection with the sale, delivery or use of the Products or Services.
