If you want to shop through us, just we need to attend your request and if it’s available to ship immediately you will pay in full. If the item is part of our preorder offering, you will pay a deposit or full deposit at the time of purchase and the remaining balance once the item is available and ready to ship.

SELECTING THE RIGHT SIZE
We generally do not have item specific measurements for Pre-order or special pieces, as these items have not yet been produced by the designer. Size and fit details will be recommended and listed on the product description in accordance with the information provided by the designer.

PAYMENTS
Depending on what country your order is being shipped to, Trendsson accepts various payment methods. We accept credit cards for most countries, Bank transfer, Paypal, link payment, Bizum, and the most suitable method for you.
Yes of course! We have a payment link, we can send it to you via WhatsApp, social networks, SMS or even in QR code.
Yes, and you have to take care of them. We attach it to the final invoice if you choose this method payment.
EUROPEAN TRANSACTIONS 1.10%+ 0,06€
INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS 1,80% + 0,45€
Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).
Payment’s transactions in a currency other than Euro will be calculated using the currency conversion on www.xe.com on the day of the transaction. We are not responsible for covering or dividing the charges due for currency exchange that may originate. You have the obligation that we receive the exact amount described in the invoice issued. You must be responsible for the fees that originate the payment transaction.
Your package will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment and you will receive an email with confirm we received the payment and your package’s tracking number.
If you have requested one of our other services, you will be notified by email that we have already receive your payment.
SHIPPING & TRACKING ORDER
All shipments are made by DHL. All shipping prices are calculated based on the volume and weight of the shipping box, calculated by the rate provided by the transport agency. The price of these is already calculated and notified to the customer before the purchase of the product/s, so the price of this is included in the invoice issued by TRENDSSON.

You order is not insured, unless the customer requests it and is the one who must be responsible for the extra cost of this.
If the purchased product requires insurance, the customer will be notified by TRENDSSON and the customer must take care of it. If the service is contracted without insurance and the package is lost, TRENDSSON is not responsible for the loss of it, so it is not possible to proceed to a refund of the amount of the item, service or other charges paid.
You will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking number as soon as DHL has picked it up from our warehouse. You can track the status of your order to find out where it currently is and when it will get delivered at any time using your tracking number.
Yes, we accept that the client sends his own transport company to collect the requested item (s) or the client collects it personally at our offices.
Yes! If you want the product or products to be delivered or you contract a service for a Trendsson assistant to be with you anywhere in the world, you will have to bear all the costs of transport, subsistence and accommodation required by the product or service. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
TRENDSSON doesn’t offer the possibility of refunding the amount of the item, the costs of service, shipping and taxes or import or export duties paid are not refundable in accordance with this Return Policy and the customer must be responsible from them.
